CNIO seeks for a head of Bioinformatics Unit in Structural Biology and Biocomputing programme willing to collaborate with other CNIO groups.
The SBB Programme includes two experimental groups, a strong computational component and several core units built around state of the art equipment. Furthermore, CNIO provides an exceptional scientific environment in cancer molecular biology and clinical research, as well as a very active drug discovery Programme.
Se Requiere
• PhD level with at least 10 years of experience in the Bioinformatics field and with demonstrated experience leading a core unit.
• Strong background in Cancer Genomics and Bioinformatics.
• An excellent scientific record.
• Must be able to work in collaboration with other CNIO Groups.
• Leadership skills necessary to develop and head a core unit and to establish new research lines.
• Fluent in Engish.
